PPO recognizes that “personnel is policy” and aims to educate and defend conservative, America First civil servants and their advisors. It seeks to provide support for individuals interested in public service by creating a community that can share best practices with current and future officials, to educate and train individuals about public service opportunities and how they may be an impactful public servant, and to provide resources to these public servants and their advisors, such as legal defense.

Public servants need tangible assistance in order to advance an America First agenda, such as in the form of trainings and community.

There are many opposition groups to the policy implementation of an America First agenda, such as the radical left, corporate media, tech companies, leftwing NGOs, and other activists. These groups galvanize against those public servants – and it often takes form in persecution through the media and legal action. If those targeted individuals are not supported in the face of opposition, they will not succeed. And others will be deterred from entering public service in the first place, or from taking real action for their country when they are in government.

A safety net and support network of individuals is fundamental to ensuring the success of America First public servants.
